Users currently have no way to distinguish between read and unread notifications inside the Port run notification inbox. When opening the inbox, all notification entries look identical regardless of whether they have been seen before, making it difficult to know which items still require attention.

The request is to introduce a clear visual indicator that differentiates unread notifications from read ones within the inbox — for example, a bold text style, a coloured dot, or a highlighted row on entries that have not yet been opened. This would allow users to quickly identify new or unseen notifications at a glance, improving efficiency for teams that actively manage self-service action runs and approvals.
