Support URI specification for URLs

At the moment a property which receives a URL-like value (URL, URL list, Embedded URL, etc) only supports values matching the URL schema as defined by JSON schema.

This limits some use cases (domains with numbers at the top level, FQDNs without any dots and more)

Will this solve the issue we encountered where a ArgoCD git SSH formated URI was not able to be stored in a Port URL data type entity field as it was rejected as not being a valid URL?

James Daniels: if the URL didn't comply with JSON schema, it's probably the case.
