Add support in the Azure DevOps integration to expose a selector in the Ocean configuration that lets users customize the lookback window for completed and abandoned pull requests. The current behavior only fetches active PRs plus completed or abandoned PRs from the last 7 days, and this value is fixed. Allowing users to adjust the lookback period will ensure older closed/merged/completed PRs can be ingested when needed and prevent gaps in their catalog data.
