Currently the integration of GitHub supports the backend configuration of self service, which takes care of authentication to GitHub.

We would like to have GitHub integration to support "Enforce manual approval" of self service.

As minimum, the "Enforce manual approval" webhook configuration must support authentication token to GitHub.
