Currently there is no visibility on when a Scorecard's data has been updated based on adding new filters or new data points. When I add a filter the old data is shown, and I have no idea what' going on. Is it working on it? Did something break? Did I make a mistake and no changes are expected actually?

Would be goot to have some indicator (like a system "status" property) for a Scorecard, to show that it's computing or done computing maybe
