The Fetch the history of an entity's properties API endpoint supports fetching historic values for property entities.

Exposing this as an MCP tool would enable agents to query historic values.

Our use-case is to build an AI agent which can analyse historic metrics (e.g. DORA). We want the agent to focus on specific time periods (e.g. "last month", "last quarter") rather than using the current values of the properties tracking such metrics.
