When editing a specific entity page's permissions, if the "Give view access to everyone in the organization" toggle is toggled on then the fields for editing "Who can view this page" are disabled (because everyone has access).

Currently this toggle is placed at the bottom of the modal which might cause confusion as to why the view permission settings are disabled. It would be a lot clearer if it was placed right under "Who can view this page".
