Currently, when a workflow or action run's status is updated (e.g., marked as failed or succeeded), it is not clearly visible who or what made that change, whether it was the integration, the Port actions backend, or a user manually patching the run.

Surface more visibly in the run page and/or audit logs what entity (user, integration, or system) last changed the run status, including the specific action taken.

Consider adding audit log entries for run status changes, including the actor (user identity or integration user-agent) and the type of change made.
