I want to always exclude certain blueprints from global search

There are some blueprints that I always want to exclude from global search (e.g. releases). When they are included, it ruins the search results.

I want to be able to configure it globally, i dont want to have to add a search expression to the global search

You can now exclude or include blueprints from the Global search. 
Go to Builder -> Organizational Settings -> Search tab. 
The feature supports two levels of control:
Organization level — a default mode that determines whether blueprints are included or excluded from global search by default.
Blueprint level — an optional per-blueprint override that takes precedence over the org default. Configurable via the UI, API, and Terraform.
