Currently, a dashboard can have many widgets, and each widget that is filter-able has its own filters.

As an executive using Port, I want to be able to apply a single filter to all widgets within a dashboard in Port.

You can now filter dashboards by any property and apply those filters across multiple widgets at once. This lets you explore data consistently without having to configure filters on each widget separately. Also supported in IaC.

This feature currently only supports title, identifier and owning team. Is there any anticipated timeline for when more complex queries, including JSON queries, will be supported? Thank you.

Thanks Tomas Kratky. We’re planning to enhance our dashboard filters and, by December, include filtering by all properties.

Great news! 🎉 You can now filter multiple widgets at once on both the Dashboard and Specific Entity pages, by Owning team (incl. "My teams"), Title, and Identifier.
