Just like the Port AI icon in the right corner, imagine a similar "feedback" button that can be visible next to actions, entities, workflows, pages, etc. (where we meet the user) that if clicked on, captures some feedback from the user (e.g. rate this, thumbs up/down, free text, etc.) with all the context.

In other words: ability to collect relevant and contextual feedback at all time, without having to prepare a survey in advance. (This is NOT the survey plugin)

They would ideally want it to overlay on their screen
