Their service blueprint may have a "database" tab which applies to some services, but they want this tab to be hidden (not rendered) for entities that don't apply; like services that don't have databases.

i.e avoid showing tabs that have no data (or possibly by other conditions). this is a UX blocker from them for going to prod at scale.
