Custom Roles for Varying developer priviledges

We want to have a subset of custom roles allocated to different developer teams to allow varying privileges around the Port application.
currently it is Admin and Member and Moderator
The Flow is that a Role can be created with fully customisable and granular permission sets managed by the customer.

For example: a role called Developer that would allow user to have permissions to create and modify blueprints, self service actions, workflows etc. Everything except Governance (view user, audit log etc) of the Port Instance OR managing and changing the Settings (theme, logo etc) of the Port Instance.
