Catalog auto-discovery always uses Port's LLM, even when an organization has configured its own LLM provider, and disabling the Port provider or setting the AI quota to 0 does not stop it.

Admins should have an organization setting to turn auto-discovery off entirely, or to make it use the organization's default LLM provider.

This would let organizations with strict data policies guarantee that no data is sent to an LLM they do not control.
