Today, approval emails for self‑service actions show object and array inputs as text. For entity items, the email now prints the entity title, or the identifier if the title does not exist.

The requested enhancement is:

When an input item is an entity (or an array of entities), show the entity title/identifier as a clickable link (HREF) to the corresponding entity page in Port.

This would let approvers click directly from the email to the Port UI to inspect the entity (e.g., user details, teams, groups) before deciding whether to approve.
