Slack Bot should:
- Can ask Slack bot "who owns X service?" or other common questions regarding entities (AI!?!?)
- Slack bot will notify according to custom rules - by default, it will notify on score changes, initiatives expiring, and changes to on-call. And also map/connect alerts to specific channels
- Map email addresses from Slack to Teams/Users
